(Dan Tri) – Although the Super League won UEFA in the legal battle, this tournament is still difficult to organize in reality.
Yesterday, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) issued a ruling regarding the Super League scandal.
British clubs simultaneously `boycotted` the Super League.
This is a super tournament first introduced in 2021, led by Real Madrid President Florentino Perez.
The tournament was created with the goal of competing with UEFA tournaments, reducing the agency’s monopoly and redistributing more worthy prize money to big teams.
However, after the ECJ’s ruling, it seems that only Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez, and Barcelona (the team is deep in debt) feel happy.

In particular, the 6 clubs in the English Premier League (promising to generate large revenue for the tournament), Man Utd, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Man City, are not too interested.
Importantly, they are unlikely to sacrifice their rights to protest.
The new independent governing body of the English league has also set regulations banning clubs from participating in unauthorized tournaments.
A similar situation also appeared in Serie A when Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus were forced to announce their withdrawal amid growing opposition.
Super League may forever just be the dream of `tycoon` Perez.
Immediately after Super League won the lawsuit, Man Utd issued a statement: `Our position has not changed. Man Utd is committed to participating in UEFA tournaments.
We will work with UEFA, the Premier League and other clubs through the ECA (European Club Association) to promote the continued development of European football.`
Next, Man City, Chelsea, and Tottenham simultaneously announced their support for UEFA.
Therefore, the Super League only exists on paper if there are too many strong teams in Europe missing.
The two clubs Barcelona and Real Madrid seem to be alone when facing UEFA and FIFA.
