On October 14, the Organizing Committee of Miss Grand World 2023 announced 4 beauties winning round 2 of the Country’s Power of the Year sub-competition.

Beauty Le Hoang Phuong was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 last August and was chosen to represent Vietnam at the Miss Grand World 2023 contest.
Le Hoang Phuong has a height of 1.76m and is a model and architect in Vietnam.
